SolutionManager: Configurating managed systems - plug-in-state is grey

Hi all together,

we started the configuration of the managed systems in our SolutionManager after an upgrade to ST SP 10

and here are some systems where the "Plug-In-State" is not recognized.

I can't find a way to refesh the state.

we updated the components in the managed systems too:

ST-PI 2008_1_710 0008 SAPKITLRE8 SAP Solution Tools Plug-In

ST-A/PI 01Q_731 0000 - Servicetools for SAP Basis 731

does someone have a hind for me?

Please see SAP 1954303 and follow the recommedations.

Hi guys,

as Rolands Note 1954303 mentioned the problem is the ST-PI component of our Solution Manager.

We updated the ST-PI and ST-A/PI componten of the Managed Systems to a higher lvl as the one in our SolutionManager.

There we have ST-PI 2008_1_700 and ST-A/PI 01Q_700 and can't upgrade the SolMan componente because we are on SAP_BASIS 702 SP13.

Hopefully the ST 10 SP 12 will fix this issue.

Hello Tobias!

     What did you get in the first step of Managed Configuration? Does the managed system sync the changes with LMDB? Did you run Lanscape Verification Check?
