Delivery doesn't exist

Hi,

We have Intra Company Return STO(Stock Transfer Order) process, in which we follow standard process of returning material.

Means first of all we create Return STO then delivery then PGI and respective site will do the GRN(Goods Receipt Note)

In this flow, I don't know how after doing the GRN, PGI has been reversed and delivery has been deleted by user.

We have got the deletion log of delivery in VL22n.

Now Business don't want to send the stock back.

When We are trying to do the GRN reverse, we are facing issue as Delivery Doesn't Exist.

Kindly suggest what can I do to solve the issue?

Hi,

The user has done VL09 and the he as deleted the Delivery document. Frist check the stock in the Issuing plant, if the stock is there. if the stock is there

the do the fallowing steps.

Note: Please Check in Quality/ Sand box then apply in Production.

1.Check the current no of the Delivery no range object. and change the current no status of the deleted no.

and DO the delivery, PGI in back date.

and re arrange the number range object to the original number i.e current running status.

Now the same delivery is active can proceed with the transactions.

or

Go to MSEG table change the Delivery number with the newly created delivery number with the help of ABAPER.

then also your can run the transaction, you will not find the message "delivery does not exists.
