QM Usage Decision Issue in Partial Stock Posting to Block Stock.

Hi

We have done Partial GR against Purchase Order for Material (Batch Manged) and Inspection Lot has been generated.

Then I carried out result recording and given Usage Decision with partial Stock Posting...

Part quantity I entered in Unrestricted Stock & some of Quantity I entered in Block stock field in Stock Posting Tab & saved UD

When I Checked Stock Report for above Material Batch in MMBE / MB52 . The Quantity I moved to block stock showing under Quality Stock....

which is very surprising... for me...such thing never happen previously....And also major impact is that System not allowing me to transfer/Return delivery that quantity either from QI stock nor from Block stock...Giving error of Deficit stock..

I have not done any enhancement in UD user exit too...be in mind while giving solution...

Apply SAP Note 1930161 - Stock inconsistencies in table MCHB for batches  to resolve issue...

Can you run below checks

1. QCC0 > Quality Inspection > Inspection Lot Completion > Define Inventory Postings. Check which movement type is mentioned against VMENGE04?
2. Which material movement triggered against that particular inspection lot after you carried out stock posting?
3. Whether any other inspection lot exists for that material for which stock posting is not yet done?
4. Whether block stock is showing blank?

2.Movement trigger for block stock is also 350

3. No other lot exist for that material...

4. MB52 report shows Blank for Qty Moved to Block Stock with Movement 350....But same qty system shown under QI stock... main Issue...

Just a suggestion: if stock posting reversal note 175842 is implemented can you reverse stock posting with prior approval from authorities for this lot and again post it.

I guess UD reversal with Stock posting is not supported by SAP...U can only change UD Ststus...

with suggested note no...

Have U reversed the stock with above note?
