Hi all,
We currently have an issue when using SAP BI Mobile App.
The scenario is that users authenticate to BusinessObjects via secure-LDAP connection from the SAP BI Mobile app on an iPad.
In logging in, we receive the following error:
'Internal server occurred while processing the login request; contact your administrator (MOB 07010)'
The issue is not major, as when clicking through the error, we can access the platform but as there will be many users using the App, we would like to avoid this error message.

Hi,
I have the same issue here (41 SP2). We use Win AD. Users can login normally after OK-ing the error message.
Did you find a way to solve this?
