Hi Lekhak,

Is the same user works in ATE, are you connecting to the same environment through ATE and WPF?. I think this is an issue with either the pc, or the profile of the user on the pc. Can you delete the user’s windows profile from the machine, logging back again and try.

Thanks

Hi Resmi,

Yes it is the same user and both ATE anf WPF client are in the same machine

and both are connecting to same server.

I have even generated the local certificate and installed it but still it is in same state

I am not getting what is deleting user windows profile and logging back

Can you please give more details on that??

The error is caused by the Agentry Server is using the default certificate.  The clients will not let you use the default certififacte that comes with the Agentry Server anymore.

What version of ATE are you using?  Because you should be getting the same error.  Are you using a 6.1.3.x or earlier?

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for the reply

We are using ATE 6.1.0.3

and agentry server version is also same and we are not facing any issues with ATE

Regarding certificate:

We are using the the certificate which came by default which is Agentryserver.pfx

If we are not suppose to use this certificate, which one we need to use

or

which certificate we need to generate??

Agentry System

Agentry Server Name=SAP CRM Service Manager Server v4.0.0.0

Agentry Server

  Agentry Server Version=6.1.0.4

  ATE=6.1.0.3

Hi Lekhak,

Have you had an opportunity to try logging that user in on a different machine?  If so, what were the results?. Are you able to login successfully in WPF client using another user?.

Thanks
