Quality notification Status Issue

Dear Experts,

The supplier can edit the quality notification using the Web UI of the customer SAP SNC system (for example, to confirm that the issue has been resolved, for example). When the supplier saves the changes, SAP SNC sends the changed quality notification to the customer back-end system(ECC). But the quality notification is not updated. It's following is the the QualityIssueNotificationSUITENotification_In XML error.

System status NOPR is active (QNF 800000000027)

Message no. BS013

Diagnosis

Object QNF 800000000027 has system status NOPR (通知正在处理). According to this
status, transaction '处理通知' is not allowed.

Procedure

You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to
the status of the object.

Could you tell me how to change the quality notification status?

Hi Andrew,

as far as I know, this is a bug on the ERP side. Please check note 1874281.
