Inconsistency in the dictionary for the structure "vbrkvb"

Hi,

I am unable to open any of the applications like VL02n, XK01, XK02...

I am getting a dump run time error ' Internal Kernal Error' with short text  'Inconsistency in the dictionary for the structure "vbrkvb".

Please find the attachement and do needful.

Please check with your ABAPER and ask him activate the below structure.
