V14 Plant Performance Management

In the version 14 release notes I see that a Plant Performance Management framework has been added.  Where can I get more detailed information on this framework?

MII performance Management Framework is composed of the following tools

1. Plant Information Catalog (PIC)

2. KPI Framework

3. Alert Framework

Using these and other MII tools you can build performance measurement and management applications. You can use the MII Charting updates or BOBJ tools for analytical UI to go along with it.
