SAP Screen Personas Error - The session has timed out - please log in again.

Hi,

I installed and configured SAP screen personas and I'm getting the following error when selecting a system (as can be seen from the attached screen)

I also attached the log file generated by the browser.

Any suggestions?

What is the

-personas client version you are using (In Personas click on Help buttonn on bottom right and you will version on bottom left)

-Kernel patch version of target system. Is it very old?

- And have you implemented the kernel notes?

We're using Personas release 200

Our SAP kernel is 740

and I beleive we implemented the kernel notes...

Hi Guy,

Please make sure you have implemented the latest Personas Client note 1981076 .

If the issue is consistent, i would recommend you to open a message with us so that we can take a look.

I implemented SAP Note No. 1940635 and restarted the server...

It is working now!
