SAP PI 731 Missing message in adapter engine's message monitor

Hi folks,

I ve run into a strange behavior in the monitoring tool:

I send message via a soap sender channel (but same occurred also for idoc and jdbc sender) and in the channel monitoring I can see the message but when I click on the message Id to see the details in the message monitor then the message is not displayed. There is no message at all for that time period there. It happens usually when I have config error but it is hard to find the root of the problem when there is no message in the monitor.

These are asynch messages and the staging/logging is set to store/log in the ICOs.

Why is the message not visible in the message monitor when it is there in the comm. channel monitor? Why is there a message Id if there is no message behind?

the problem was that the jdbc sql query didnt have any result thus no message has been generated
