LT0G 2 Step Picking issue

Former Member

Hi experts! i'm facing issue here after using LT0G for 2 step picking. Here are the steps for my issue:

1.) Create Group of deliveries (VL06p)

2.) (Picking) LT0E to create first TO, then confirm the TO (from Storage Type 001 to 200)

3.) (Allocate) LT42 to create the 2nd TO, then confirm the TO (from Storage Type 200 to 916)

4 LT0G to return stocks from ((916 to 001)

if we check the group in LX39, the picking is red light and the allocate is green light

I can still process the group in LT0E but cannot using LT42 after

Dear Nel ,

I believe LT0G is ideally used to return  stock from picked  delivery . Please check behaviour with reference to group when stocks are returned.

I think if you want to return stock you should be returning to 200 storage type first and then to final bin.

Kindly crosscheck behavior of group and try creating 2nd step allocation TO from 200.

Try this and let me know.

Thanks

hi Jinoy,

When i try to return the stocks back to 200. error says there is no bin in 200.

By the way the bins in 200 and 916 are dynamically created.

Hi Nel ,

Try executing this scenario.

1.  Take Two materials in Group

2.  Create & confirm first step TO for both  materials

3.  Create and confirm 2 nd step TO for one material

4. LT0G to revert stock for material in 916 , back to 200 with bin as group.

5. Try creating allocation TO for returned material.

Kindly check same and let me know results.

Thanks

Also,

i tried creating 3 line items for 1 delivery

After creating a group

1.) Create and Confirm 1st Step TO (for item 1 and 2 only)

2.) Create and confirm 2nd step TO for item 1 and 2 only

3.) return to stock item 1

I was able to create and confirm 1st and 2nd TO for the item 1.
