Problem to Set header on second page in adobe forms

Hello everyone,

I created a adobe forms but there is an issue regarding to header width which changed automatically when second page occur. Here i am also attaching output of adobe form if anyone having any kind of idea of this problem please share.

How many Master pages did u create in the Form??

i created two master pages: PAGE1 and PAGE2 when PAGE1 overflow then content goes to PAGE2 with overflow leader. But it not comes properly.

Hope the height and width of the 2nd Master page is the same as the 1st Master page?

issue resolved..its due to flowed and positioned. i assigned header as flowed and whenever it goes to second page after page break its automatically assigned positioned that's why the both of subform of header was overlapped.
