Dear All !!

The issue has been sort it out .

Reason for cause : The Problem happened due to wrong material master data defined in material master.

The material has been changed and marked "as configurable material" in material view "Basic Data 2".Even though the material is not configurable. So we have  forced correct value in material master and open the  sales order with VA02 and then saved in order to redetermine correct master data. Then the problem got resolved.

Thanks for your Help.

Best Regards

Rampe

Rampe,
Assuming that you can still display this situation now for this order, I have never seen this behavior in any system.

The symptoms suggest the possibility of some inconsistencies in the Sales tables.  Here are some notes which deal with selected SD inconsistencies:

Check the change log for that sale order.  From the screen shot you shared, not only the quantity but also different date is showing which is quite possible due to some manual intervention.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Many changes has been performed in sales order per particular line item (580).

Changes in SO: Shipping Point/Receiving Point changed,Checking Group for Availability Check changed,Confirmed Quantity changed,Schedule line category changed,Material Staging/Availability Date changed,Transportation Planning Date changed,Goods Issue Date changed. We would like to know how these changes will impact of Display mode not in change mode.

Please suggest how to control the situation now and future.

Thanks .

Rampe

Just check once again in change mode and if you are able to see the confirmed quantity, then you need to raise OSS message, assuming that no user exits in place.  If any user exits are there, then you need to discuss with your ABAPer.

Thank you .

Since we are not using the user exits for availability check.

Anyway we will take it up the issue with SAP.

What is the Availability check you are using for that material?

Is different from others?

If yes, check & compare your config for Availability check in TCode OVZ2.

Else, check TCode CO09 for Checking Rule A for that material and check its ATP situation.

Hi JP,

The availability check (Z8-ATP Make +RTL (BrOf) common for all the materials in Sales order.

OVZ2 settings are correct . even in C009 Avail. check Z8  Check.rule   A * plant confirmed ATP qty 15

pcs but not confirmed the qty in display mode VA03 .

Is it possible for you to share the screenshot for OVZ2 & CO09?

Thanks, JP

Well, you shared stock level overview of CO09 And it clearly states, there is no "Confrmd issues". Obviously, system doesn't show you confirm qty in display. As cummulation is base on confirmed qty in the Sales Order, so, confirmed qty may not be realistic in VA02. In addition to that, from that screenshot of CO09, it is not quiet clear & we can't make out how many sales order/planned orders are there for that material which is effecting the confirmed qty.

Kindly provide screenshot of CO09 values for

.

for better overview situation of material in CO09.

Thanks, JP
