Price Bid Opening date wants editable after Technical Bid Open

Hello,

We are impelmenting PPS using SRM 7.02 .

As per business process requirment business want Price bid date should be maintained after technical bid opening but new version of Rfx not created with respect to this change Price bid opening date and time.

If any solution is available then please let us know solution of this requirment.

Please check below incase it does not answer your question please elaborate more . From what I understand that you want to separate price and technical feature compariso

At the time of RFx creation, if you are not entering the details for the technical RFx response opening date , then your submission deadline will be picked as deadline to view the response details.

In a normal scenario if the vendor submits the response before the submission deadline, purchaser can view the price details. But in a two-envelope bidding case the system validates the opening of the

technical response based on the simultaneous login configuration. Once the technical rfx is done successfully , then the technical evaluators  will be notified via email to view and update there comments for the technical RFx details.

Some definitions ;

Start date and time (for submitting bids) >> Bidders can submit their bids from this point in time onwards. If you do not enter a date and time for the start of the submission period, bidders can submit bids from the time that you publish the bid invitation.

End date and time >>(for submitting bids)Bidders can submit their bids up until this point in time. Opening date and time>> From this date and time onwards, you can display and accept or reject the bids received.
