Fiori Timesheet Approval Issues

We're encountering the following errors with the Fiori Timesheet Approval app while accessing the app via

http://<hostname>:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ui5_hcm_tsa/index.html

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?

System Information is as follows:

SAPUI5 1.18.6 - latest OSS notes applied

NWG - USRA010 Release 100 - SP level 0002

ECC - SRA10 Release 600 - SP Level 0002

Hi Erin,

This issue occurs when you upgrade to SRA010 SP2.

I had released a note for the same.

1949691 - Fiori Approve Timesheets: Application does not load after upgrade to

SPS03

Please implement the note and it should solve your issue.

Hi Erin,

You need to clear the browser cache after applying the note.

This note should already solve the issue.

Hi Pankaj,

The note had actually been applied prior to me posting the question.  So the screenshot was taken after the note had been applied and browser cache cleared.

Please advise on another course of action.

Even though we had previously applied the note and it said it had been completely processed, it seems as though the note mentioned by Pankaj was not completely implemented correctly.

So, we re-set and re-implemented the following notes:

  • 1949691- Fiori Approve Timesheets: Application does not load after up
  • 1952441 - Fiori Approve Timesheets: Back button does not work on phone
  • 1952512 - Fiori Approve Timesheets: Back button does not work on phone
  • 1952955 - Fiori Approve Timesheets: Rejection Reason Pop-up too wide

We then ran the following reports to clear the cache and the issue was resolved.

  • /UI2/DELETE_CACHE
  • /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP

Hi Erin,

Good to hear that the issue is resolved.

1949691 was the fix for the issue. Cache needs to be cleared after applying note.
