IDT direct to SAP ECC

Hi all, is there any tutorial how to connect from SAP IDT to SAP ECC (function call) not to SAP ECC database?

As i know it was not possible. But is it possible now?

Also, if you are reporting on top of function module, then make sure it is remote enabled.

This option would be present in the Attributes tab of the function module > Processing Type > Remote enabled module.

Hi Setiawan,

Dont forget to  control runing  and be enabled Data federator service in any APS service.  This tecnique use Data Federation architect.

Hi,

Please see below the official tutorial of how to connect to SAP ERP (ECC).

In IDT you can see ABAP FM and InfoSet queries of ECC inside connection when you prepare your Data Foundation layer.
