We are having the problem of old ccms alerts being sent again following the system restart after our monthly Windows updates. We are on Solman 7.1, kernel 720 Rel 40, and using Solman as the CEN for our central monitoring. Sometimes it has repeated alerts that are 2 weeks old, most recently it was alerts from two days prior. These alerts are set up with autoreaction methods to email someone, and so emails are being sent for the old alerts. Has anyone seen this before or know how to prevent this? Thanks.
Hello
Once the system triggers e-mail alerts I believe someone checks them ?
Do they complete those alerts from the CCMS ?
I believe by doing this the system will not triggers new e-mails based on the old alerts.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Yesterday, 3/16/14, an alert from 3/11/14 was re-alerted and emailed. The alert from 3/11 had been completed, but was still in history. Here is the alert history:

I'm using Solution Manager as the CEN for central monitoring, and these alerts were sent as central autoreaction emails.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
