Smartform as a HTML email

Hi experts,

I am sending a smartform as a mail and have encountered two problems:

1. if I define a background graphic it is not displayed in the mail, and if I use a graphic in foreground it is not positioned where I defined it, it comes first before the normal texts in the mail

2. I also defined a table, which is not displayed correctly in the mail. Frames are missing and the data is not separated by column.

When I look at the print preview everything looks good.

Anybody here, who can help me with this subject ?

Hi Chris,

Hope you doing fine. I'm also facing the similar problem which you were facing some time ago. In my case, all the styles which I have mentioned in smartform is not getting displayed in the Email, ie, if some text is made bold, then it is not coming as bold text in email. Can you please suggest me a solution for the same as I need the solution urgently.

Hi Anurag, I wonder If you got the solution to maintain the smartstyles when the mail is received; I don´t get a successfull solution to this problem.

Hi Naresh,

I used the coding from blog

/people/pavan.bayyapu/blog/2005/08/30/sending-html-email-from-sap-crmerp

and as I understood the converted HTML already comes out of the generated FM.

Correct?
