Condition record error in PO

Hi Gurus,

I have created the condition records for excise & Vat conditions for different tax codes. For a particular tax code, the JEX1 & JHX1 record is not flowing even though condition records are maintained. I checked in the pricing analysis tab, it shows 109-condition record is missing. This is happening for the tax code excise 12.36%, Vat 12.5%.  For other tax codes it is flowing properly.  I created a new tax code for the same combination but again the same error.

This is happening only in quality system.

Check whether you had maintained the % conditions as well Ecess and SEcess conditions in FV11 transaction with valid date.

Also ensure that the Ecess and SEcess values is more than Rs.1 and is not getting rounded of due to lesser value. Share your PO taxes screenshots.

Hi Kumar,

Kindly check the points in configuration.

1.Tax Code is created with T-Code FTXP and you should copy from other tax code.

2.Assign tax code to company code.

3.Maintain the condition records with T-Code FV11.

check the combination you have maitained in the FV11 , check the set off conditions, check the J1id settings also.
