AgentryKeyUtility problem

Hi,

I have problem with importing server key in clustered enviroment in Agentry under SMP 2.3. I have exported key from primary node by AgentryKeyUtility.exe -export=m1vkey (m1vkey is name of file) .

After this step , I copied key to secondary node and ran AgentryKeyUtility.exe –import=m1vkey

I run it under admin rights. I get this error:

Issue: Error 5 (0x5) : Access is denied

please have you any idea what can be problem?

Hi Martin -

Do you have have full admin rights on the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA folder?

We've seen this issue in the past where the user had the ability to read/write/delete in the directory, but did not have permissions on the files themselves.  After making the permission change, the user was then able to import the key.
