PI installation

Hi Everyone,

I am installing Sap Netweaver PI 7.4.It is taking more time at deploy  java components phase.I have seen in task manager Jstart is processing.In Sap mmc jstart is yellow state mode and status is some process is running.Still i want to wait or Any solution for my problem.

How many CPUs do you have showing up in the task manager?

Also how many of those CPUs are threads vs cores?

I have found that if you wanted quicker start up times of Java systems, you have to provide the proper CPU infrastructure to accommodate it; after its started then it will eat into your memory.

Hi Visu,

Java deployment takes more time than abap portion.

Suggestion is to wait.
