Product system verification error

Hi

Sollman 7. SP 10 is setup and ERP 6.0 EHP4 system assigned in RZ70 and Java. but for some reason the ABAP part shows an Adobe docu service product instance. But why?

It gives me an error in the check!

How can i remove this entry? In the Managed system??

Also, have you updated the CIM and CR content? It is a recommendation for such calculations.

Yes CIM and CR are updated to latest release yesterday!

I have seen the note and could give it a try - but basically i´m confused: Step 1 in the note tells me to extract the Installed products from solman and then update ERP right?

But ERP has automatically told solman that theese Things are installed?

Might go for the Support option 🙂

Hello Jackob,

Automatically Supplied data cane be changed by this method.

For the user running LMDB edit, assign the parameter LMDB_AUTO_DS_OVRWRT to value 06 and save it.

Restart the LMDB and now you must be able to edit the Automatically supplied values.

SU01-> SOLMAN_ADMIN->Parameters-> ENter
LMDB_AUTO_DS_OVRWRT value to 06 and Save

Retry LMDB

Hi Jakob,

As per your 2nd screen-shot, where you are getting an error during Verification Check.

You can see a button under Activity column (please refer to the attached screen-shot).

You can click on that button & deselect the version of the component for which you received an error.

Then execute the verification check again, until you have a green LED for the product system.

Hi Jakob,

sorry, I cant really recall exact steps, but that is possible in Solman.

Could you please try navigating to 'Product systems' tab from tx LMDB, over there you can just select and remove the item?

Hi Jakob,

Can you try to do the following in the 1st screen-shot -

Highlight the entry with "SAP NW - Adobe Docu. Service" (line 2)

Select button "Edit Product System Assignment"

Uncheck the installed checkbox & try to perform a Verification Check again.
