I am in the process of setting up CCLM in a Solution Manager 7.1 system. I have been using the document "Custom Code Management Roadmap - Accelerators (Setup Guide - CCLM – Custom Code Lifeycle Management - SAP Active Global Support October 2013)" as a reference for setting up CCLM. (Setup Guide link --> https://websmp109.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000426872012E) All setup steps have been completed and Collector Jobs have been scheduled and running. For the most part, everything appears to be operating as expected with one exception. The collector job "SM_CCL: OBJECTS_<sid>_<installation>" results in a Job Log as follows ...

The job log appears relatively normal with the exception of the message "Error saving data to library ...". I suspect that it is this error that is preventing the attributes from being populated and visible on the collected custom code objects in Solution Manager. It seems all of the custom code objects are being collected however, for the most part, all of them seem to have only the UserID as the attribute. All of the other attributes (previously loaded via XML file in OSS Note 1547234) don't appear to get populated on the objects collected. I have not been able to find any detail technical documents that address this type of error message for the collector. Has anyone run into a similar problem while setting up CCLM in Solution Manager 7.1.
Thanks, Mike Lattanzi
Hello Mike,
have you tried to trace it with ST12 (or SAT)?
Or just a debug the job.
