Automatic packing during inbound delivery

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create HU automatically for an inbound process,

I have performed the following steps to achieve the same..

1) Packaging spec is create and activated for the required product

2) Maintained required condition record to pull the packaging specification

3) I have maintained 'determination procedure for packing material proposal' in 'inbound delivery process document types'

I am able to pull pack the product when I click 'auto pack' in the inbound delivery , but my objective is system should do this task automatically.

Can anyone suggest me what I am missing ?

I am working with EWM 9.1 (SP level 1)

Hello Raja,

please confirm if you have activated the HU CREATE indicator at level data in packspec?

Hello Raja,

As far as i remember, you need to create a custom condition for automated packing.

First create a custom condition at delivery application, then maintain records for this condition. Again as i remember, you can use delivery type, but not material or packaging spec for this condition.

My requirement is to auto packaging should happen for the line items/products which has valid packaging specification.
