Error while selecting product at locations in Planning Book

Hi

Iam trying create a small scenario in SNP,created products,location & transportation lanes,configured planning book & planning area,when I choose products at location in selection profile of planning book,iam getting table does not exist.kindly advise

Hi Poorna,

Check LC10 transaction Name of Database Connection LCA is up and running. Ask you basis team to check LCA setting.

Check whether below information helps -- it's from liveCache people, something I don't quite understand ...

The error you got means "-4016, Unknown procedure name:...". The liveCache depends on so called "APO COM procedures" to communicate and work with the APO system. As it is vital that these "APO COM procedures" have the correct version for the liveCache, that is they have the same build-number the liveCache has, we are loading these procedures every time the liveCache is restarted with the transaction LC10.

Please note, that you can use the above tools for changing parameters or doing backups, but the APO procedures will only be registered during startup with LC10.
Now, the only exception to that rule is that you may start the liveCache with any tool of your choice, but then you must register the APO routines manually afterwards by selecting "Register LCApps" in LC10 -> Operating.
