Hi All,
we have configured ITSM and emails are confgiured based on actions and conditions.
Standard smartform are copied and has been used in incident management.
my problem is, during incident creation when created from managed system, the sender is coming as the RFC user present in solution manager.
when i contacted the technical person, he told that content of the email is only there in the smartform.
through action partner determination, i know we can define the recipient.
But I dunno where exactly the setting is done for sender.
the problem is the sender is identified and the user id is used in the sender. if it will be business partner then my problem will be resolved.
can anyone kindly guide to get the information on the setting of sender.
