Error in service call of Portal Component

Dear All,

We are using SAP netweaver EP 7.01

We have changed the  parameter value of UseServerHeader from true to false in Visual Administrator  ---->  Http Provider Service ---> properties to disable the Server header is sent with the response.

After changing the parameter we are not able to login with administrator user or users copied from administrator to http://<host name>:<port>/irj/portal.

But we are able to login to /nwa.

While logging to the irj/portal we are getting the below error

Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.
Exception ID: 10:15_17/02/14_0005_8843550

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.
