Characteristic is closed without Results Recording

Hello All,

For a particular inspection lot characteristic is automatically closed without results recording

The operation was not opened for RR, but system grayed it out without any activity, is there any reason for this behavior ?

In control indicators of this MIC, No char. recording would have been set. Pl check it in the first screen of control indicator & reset.

I am still searching for the reason, the processing status of the  char is 1 , but Greyed out

Change the MIC to Long Term Inspection & then try the same.

Hi Diwakar,

Screenshot you have uploaded looks like QE03 (DISPLAY) to me as all buttons invoking change are Greyed out. It is nothing to do with MIC control indicators.

Inspection Lot Status is -INSP RREC SPRQ. That means may be for another Inspection point results are confirmed.

Check n come up with your observations.

I don't think you can get that for existing lots. Only for future lots, you can able to do that.

But, is that the reason behind this issue??

Of all the information you shared and looking at everyone's comments, I suspect another thing.

You did not mention one thing. Is this MIC Required, Optional or After accept/ rejection ??

Because, it will be grayed out if 'After' is maintained. Pl check

Is there any case where ECM change for PRT in Task List or Material revision affect the

results ?

I see some changes to PRT in Task list , also new material revision but my lot is not revision

dependent , as other lots created for same materials during (before or after) material revision

and Task list changes have no effect, are there any other possibilities ?

Please provide the System status of the insp lot or check if it is a skip lot.

Please Check Record Measured value must be tick in MIC Control Indicator.

Please check your MIC setting and select Fixed Scope and check result recording.

In MIC master, this one may be defined with "Optional" characteristic & "Fixed Scope".

If you make Longer Scope to record even at the later stage.
