SCOT automatic alerts as Popup RZ21

Hi

We want to monitor SCOT , we have found this note 683974 - Incorrect send requests not in the alert monitor that tells how to set the monitor alert for the message that are in queue.

But we need to schedule an automatic alert via popup or another way (not email) in order to know when there is a problem with the sending of messages.
