we are getting the the below error during importing the database. Please help me to resolve the issue

Is your SAP system on Windows or AIX. ?

This is really not a problem in SAP operations. This could be reason of sapstartsrv file not being updated ..Request you to ensure you stop the SAP system and kill the running sapstartsrv .

Restart SAP application.
