Did you find a solution to this, we are facing similar issue after upgrading to 4.1 SP3 P1 from 4.0 SP04 P2.

We got some of our CR 2011 reports to work after importing some missing transports during upgrade but the rest of them still have issues running from web (Error: Caught CWireObject::PropError )

They execute fine in designer.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Shankar ,

Are you using SAP BW as the source system for Crystal Reports ? If so , which version ?

. What is the database configuration set for the reports in CMC --> Report--> Right Clcik--Database configuration . Alsothe type of logon used .

Also, try opening the affected report in CR2011 designer and exporting it to the enterprise with a different name and check if you see the issue with the report saved with new name .

Thanks,

Sneha

The issue is resolved, by publishing the reports using CR 2013 Designer to both BW role and Enterprise.

Thanks for your response.

Yes, my source Crystal Reports is XI R2 FP4 so it's superior than FP2.

Last week I can create a crystal document without any problem, but this week I can't open it in Infoview and CMC.

Yes I use the UMT in command line because I have a Windows source and a linux destination, it was a complete migration and I think that it is the migration of the administrator which create problems.

Any other solutions ?

What do you mean by  "XI R2 FP4 so it's superior than FP2" ? Are they fix packs of R2 or else service packs of BO XI R2. Plz understand that we need the R2 box to be upgraded to Service Pack 4 or above.

You mentioned you performed a complete upgrade using CMD-line tool, can you create BIAR files of few reports in R2 and import the files in R4.1 box

Check its behavior. the CMS logs during the time migration was performed would help to analyse any issues during the stage.

Can you run newly created reports without any error? How were the reports migrated from R2 to 4.x? Did you use UMT? You need the source version to be BOXI R2 Service Pack 4 or above. Check these and you may need to re-migrate your reports.

Hi,

Is your source crystal report migrated directly from XIR2 SP2 or above?

Hope this helps,
