Need to add Form to our website (needs to create records in SAP)

Hi,

we need to add a form to our e-commerce website (SAP Internet Sales). Personal and credit card information needs to be securely submitted. It needs to fulfill the following criteria:

- Customer data entered creates a customer record in SAP ECC 6.0

- Sales order is created

- Order confirmation (PDF is generated and submitted)

Copy of ID or Passport (PDF or Picture) is uploaded as attachment to the form, safely stored (temporarily for verification) and then permantently deleted

- Highest security standards

- Quick deployment, easy maintenance, future proof technology

- Most cost effective

Is SAP Adobe Interactive Forms a match for this use case?

What's the most affordable way to deploy this solution?

Why are you wanting to use an Adobe form for this? It will be accessible/usable to a small group of users (laptops and desktops) as Smartphone (and some "tablet") users will not be able to use the form. Have you looked at the CRM/sales solutions from SAP that are standard for this kind of functionality?

Past that, I would simply create a web page/service for this. You could look at SAPUI5/OpenUI5 for this to make it more "future proof" and it would be accessible by most anything. Also, look at some of the HANA platform capabilities to really juice it up.

thanks for the input. It sounds like using SAPs standard enhancement Package will do the trick. We will also have a look at SAPUI5. Thanks for the tip!
