SFTP Adapter "Exception received: 4: lstat on .stfs failed"

Former Member

Hello everybody,

the last view days we received an error from our SFTP sender communication channel with the message:

Exception received: 4: lstat on .stfs failed

In order to solve the problem, we updated our SFTP adapter from SP0 to SP3 PL5 and maintained the options:

The processing sequence is the following:

We didn't change anything on the interface so we are guessing that the SFTP server was changed anyhow.

Does anybody has any ideas to solve the problem on our own or is there no chance?!

Thx in advance for your support.

KR

André

Hi,

thx for your response.

Yes, we still have these issues although we are now on the latest update.

Regarding option 3 - we don't use the delete option

Currently we are discussing with the provider to grant auth for the folder .stfs or just to remove it from the base directory.

I keep you informed.

Regards.

Hi Sushil,

yes there is a solution.

Your user for the sftp server do not have the authorization to view/display for the directory (you see it, but you can't step into it).

Possible solution... your sftp server provider gives you the authorization to view this directory or set this directory to invisible!

Kind regards.
