I have some knowledge in SAP xMII 12.0.What am I supposed to do gain better knowledge in 12.1, 12.2 & later versions

Start by going through the help docs of MII 12.1 , 12.2 and 14.0.

If you want information about any specific topic then you could search in the blogs and documents here in the MII space of SCN.

Most probably you will get a document or blog about every topic.

If you are good at SAP MII 12.0, I suggest you get the release notes of MII 12.X versions and of 14.0

To begin with read through the new features and try their respective blogs from our SCN forum link above.

Use the respective help links to guide you through the steps and understand the options available.
