We are getting the following internal 500 error  when we are logging  into system information in netweaver 7.3 PI .

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

As per note, applied latest patch but not fixed the issue. Note is for  index 0 but my issues index -1
