Hi, I have a table with a repeating header on each page. I'm trying to hide empty columns trailing at right side of the table. The number of empty columns depends on data. I did it with Formcalc script on both header and data row. It works great for first page, but then 'empty' header come back from page 2. If I don't repeat the header on each page, then it works, except I would like to have the header on each page. Anyone found a workaround to this, any thoughts ? Thanks for your help.
Yes, of course. The initialize-event is pretty to early. Check to the Adobe-docu and get a event, which is processed each page in the beginning. Unfortunaly I#m not at a system, so I am not able to write the correct event atm.
But you will find the events by searching scn/ the internet.

Hi Florian, I tried using many different events, the result is still the same - not working. I'm under the impression that using the Initialize event is correct, because if I hide the data in the column, but keep the label, the script works, on every page. It works when I don't set the header to be repeated on each page. What I need is to hide the column and the label, on each page, and this does not work. (Just to clarify, I only developped one page, but the issue occurs when the data in my table overflows the first page). Attached is screenshot of reproduced issue - page 2. Thanks for your help, let me know if you think of something else...
I think you have choosen the wrong event. What event do you use to hide your things?
