Afaria 3G problem after installing SP4

Hi,

after installing SP3 SP4 on Afaria server, the connection to the Afaria Server via 3G no longer works, I use Android Device for the connection.

anyone has any suggestions about this?

I forgot to say that I can run through any WiFi to connect to Afaria.

Hi,

no the device isn't supervised, but with another provider connection like Telecom Italia Mobile, the connection works.

This is the relay server log, i think that the relay server can't send a reply to the device.

Is possible that the provider block particular incoming service connection?

if my assumption is correct, What kinds of services/other I should ask the provider to enable?

HI,

I never face such problem , can you check on device the APN setting ?

Or you can try sending APN ( Internet Setting)setting on device fron console for the ISP
