Hello, on some orders my find function /the binoculars are grey-ed out. This causes an issue on large orders- ca anyone assist, please? What is causing this, how can it be fixed? Any work around? Thank you!

please check your authorizations - run /NSU53 on that screen (with "greyed out" binocular).
if you get something, request your sap security guys.

it depends on the Status of the Orders,if the Orders are completly short closed or Order completly processed then the Icon will be in Grey mode.
