Document Status - Delivery / PGI

Hi All,

i have a scenario - one sale order created and two delivery document created for the same. One of the delivery document got PGI'ed and one is pending for the PGI but picking has been done.

The delivery status turns out to be fully delivered ( which i am not convinced, since PGI is pending for second delivery)

However header status has field - Delivery status, whereas goods movement status is seen at item level.

Should not be delivery status at header level, not turn to "Fully delivered" until the subsequent deliveries from this sale order gets PGI'ed successfully ?

Hey Karthik,

Did you checked the VBUK and VBUP tables for the delivery document which is showing as fully delivered?

Check the Goods movement status in the delivery document.

Have you checked PGI Status in SE16N-- Plz share the screen

tell me stock is reduced or not ?

Go to VOV7, select your item category and maintain B for Completion .Rule   May be, you would have maintained A Then check now ...

and check thease delivery or billing block, no reason for rejection, no credit block

and check in cmr Completion delivery requered mainatined or not

and in the sales order level plz check partail deliver check box is there check activated or not
