I would a list of the principals tables linked to the service desk.

Like crm_orderadm_h or crm_order_index........

Hi Irene,

First please be more specific, what are requirements.

Which info you need ? and why tables, it's better to use standard FM's to read data from DB, so you dont need to bother about table buffering and else things, SAP will take care.

FM CRM_ORDER_READ can get most of information for you and that's not all.

Give clear requirements please.
