Raising the Limit of member list in Filter Panel/Dimension Filter

Hi,

In Design studio manual, it states that, "If a dimension has more than 100 members, the members are not listed at runtime. Instead the user is asked to use the search function."

Is there anyway to Increase the limit more than 100???

Hi,

Worth mentioning is the following setting:

In the Properties of a Design Studio bi app there is an option to configure the Maximum Number of Members for the Prompts:

This is intended to work only for the Prompts (such as BEx Input Ready Variables), doesn't affect the Filter Panel or Dimension Filter.

But for Filter Panel and Dimension Filter Components there also exists such a setting:

See the property "maximum number of members" of these components in the Documentation DS 1.3 SP1.

This functionality was built in as to limit the load time of the selector Components

today there is no setting to change that. Lets hope that such a setting would be implemented and make its way into DS 1.3.
