Unable to locate the server named "hostname"

Hi,

  System information i.e Hostname is getting displayed when the server is down. This has been posed as a security vulnerability in our project.

Please help me to find the necessary configuration to prevent any sensitive information disclosed by the server during its downtime.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Check with your Infrastructure team,if it is like this than it is serious threat.You cant afford to  expose your system details with outside world.

Ask your Infra Team to do the neccseary setting and keep your setting details secure andc safely.

Hi,

I think this problem could be treated outside the PI boundaries. Your security system could use a proxy in order to be called from internet and not the PI directly.
