I post (a comment) in a thread. Automatically receive all subsequent posts in my email, activity wall and communication. How to stop receiving these updates?
Thanks!
in the communication stream is the stop tracking directly at the top of content.
And this works very well for me as I use it frequently because I am not interested in seeing 150 times "Thank you"

Jurgen,
Exactly! That is the reason for this thread.
Once I comment somewhere then the "nightmare" of getting all the Thank you! Well done! Great Job! Congratulations!
I don't question the good intention of members but for me it is waste / spam
The above has made me (sometimes) refrain from making a comment in some threads
My concern is to stop updates in 3 places -
- Communications (which you have tested)
- Activity wall (members have given suggestions, I am testing it)
- Email notifications
Dear TW
Did you check these to options? I did some months back but they didn't work for me but I want you to check and update here.
Thank$

You have option to stop tracking email and stop tracking on right hand side on the post. In the communications when you open the thread you have option "stop tracking" too on the right top corner.
