SAP Archivelink (error in storage system)

Hi experts,

I have a problem to archive documents to OAWD. The error is "SAP Archivelink (error in storage system)". When i enter to continue, the error appear is "Critical error during archiving". This happen to some PCs only. Is there any setting i need to do? Do you have any suggestion? TQ

Hi Nannie,

Please check with SAP GUI patch level and compare them.

The error is OA207 and it happen to certain site only.
