Hi siva

Generally we do it through the third party transportation tool.

In SAP following is the procedure

While saving ur pricing u must have got request no.

Go in transaction SE09 -> release the task under ur request -> release the request.

Once u have released ur request go in SE10 and ask any Basis guy to do Export and Import of the request.
