What is the Jive URL for SCN?

There is new Jive app for IOS:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/jive-mobile/id634499583?mt=8

It does not allow URL sap-scn.jive-mobile.com, but requires a normal Jive link.

I am wondering what is the normal Jivr URL for SCN.

This document covers SCN mobile access via mobile browser or the Jive app.  You also need to activate you SCN accounts mobile access to get a token:

Hi Jason, this document does not cover my question at all.

I am talking about a new Jive app which does not recognize jive-mobile.com URL.

Then I suggest you download the app that does currently support SCN: Jive Mobile Classic on the App Store on iTunes

I'll investigate this further in the meantime.

Thanks a lot. The classic one does not support Ipad well according to my experience.

No, but, thanks to the narrow width, the regular SCN site works pretty well on an iPad: I use it all the time this way.

Hi Jason, I didn't mean the web version but I meant the classic native iOS app: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/jive-mobile/id492118906. Seems it is designed only for iPhone.

That's what I meant when I started with "no:" no, the classic app is not for the iPad.

However, using the regular site on the iPad is a pretty good experience.

You are right. Anyway, thank you for your info and appreciate if you could check further on the new app.

Hi Jimmy,

The new Jive app only supports newer versions of the Jive platform. Therefore, you won't be able to use it with SCN unless it upgrades.  There's no information on when or even if SCN will upgrade to a support version.

You'll have to use Jive Mobile Classic on the App Store on iTunes with SCN from your iPhone.  (Jive Software Android also available).

Jason
