create confirmation icon is grey

Hello,

I have a problem with PO which is ordered, replicated, flow control set to 5, delivery complete flag not checked and confirmation control set to 2.

PO seems to be OK but i can not create a confirmation.

Is there any OSS note for this issue.

Would you please first check if 'GR_IND' is set as X for this PO in trx bbp_pd at item level?

If so, this PO should appear in POWL 'open for confirmation' tab.

Would you please tell me if you can find this PO in it?

What kind of PO will encounter such issue? All PO or service PO?

Hi Meriem,

You may search out this PO in POWL of purchsing, and then select this PO to see if 'create confirmation' button above is active or not.
