Creating a Replenishment TO During TO Confirmation

Hello All,

I am trying to implement "Fixed Bin Replenishment TO during TO confirmation".

Following the config changes done.

1. New Movement type created 819 (copy of 319)

2. Assigned movement type to storage type with replenishment indicator as 1 (Transfer orders (immed.) for fixed bin).

3. Maintained material master with fixed bin, Min/Max and repl. quantitites

Min qty: 20 KG

Max qty: 120 KG

Repl. Qty: 100 KG

Current stock level 80 KG. I have created transfer order for 75 KG and confirmed it.

"No New transfer order created for replenishment"

Am i missing some configuration?

If i run LP21 manually system is creating Transfer Requirement and i am able to create transfer order from there.

Please guide.

Found below OSS note.

1861182 - Replenishment TO not created automatically for the fix bin, if the removal TO is confirmed...

Closing this Thread aganist the same.

Hi,

If you have define a new fixed bin, you should use the report RLLNACH1 to create the first replenishment.

After completing the manual replenishment try once again for auto - replenishment.

Also check all the settings, material master data and stock details once again.

I have executed RLLNACH1 for the first time.

And tried for auto replenishment. Still no Luck.
