How to see the open quotations with respect to part number

I need one help

I want to see all the open quotations with respect to part number, can any one help me to find a table or a T Code where i can the fetch the details

Hi Naveen,

As Abi mentioned you can use the transaction VA25N. Or else you can make use of the table VBAKUK with data for the following FIELDS to meet your requirement:

--- VBTYP (SD Document Category) - Set it as 'B'

--- KUNNR (Customer Number) - Mention the Sold to Party number for whom you want to find the open quotations

--- GBSTK (Overall Processing Status of Document) - Set is as NOT EQUAL to 'C'

This will give you the open quotations for the customer number mentioned. You can restrict the output data further by making use of other fields available in the table.
