Delay response Leave approval on Portal for Specific User

Leave work item for approval taking quite long time (approx. 30 minutes) to open for a specific user on Portal while taking normal time for other users. Kindly provide solution we are strucked  at this point from last 3 days.

We are having SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 (EP)

SAP ERP 6.0

SAP E-Rec 600

Hi,

I am working in EP 7.3. Basically problem with one specific user means we need to check the user buffer in backend system. Reset User Buffer using transaction SU56.

Check the browser versions and settings like delete cookies, delete files.

Delete the catche in UWL (Universal Worklist ) in System Admin tab.

Hi,

In such cases I usually execute runtime analysis (SAT, ST12) for an user to see what is really happening on the backend.

Hi Faisal,

Could you share whether any recent update has been done on the system like patch, kernel, db patch application etc.

Secondly is the behaviour same on Production and QA system.

Dear Deepak,

We haven`t applied any patch to DB, kernel or application etc.

This behavior is only on Production system and for one user only. Leave workflow is working fine for rest of the users.

We have compared the authorization with the user of similar rank but could not find any thing wrong.

This is a new user created a month ago.
